Once approved by insurance, their insurance nominated salvage service provider will collect the device from our premises.

Yes, but only for data recovery if you do not have a Cloud backup for your iPhone, Samsung Galaxy phone or tablet, iPad or similar device. An electronic device exposed to liquid has been compromised and can never be restored to 100% condition again.

No. We do not practice any price-match policy here. Each device booked in here is thoroughly checked and a custom solution in the form of a repair quote is given to each client we serve.
No. The CPA (Consumer Protection Act) of the Republic of South Africa stipulates that a repair service provider may offer a 3 month parts/labour warranty to a client. Our policy is if [a] the part(s) supplier offers a warranty on the part(s) used in the repair and [b] a particular device with an approved quote has not had a repair attempt elsewhere before being booked in here -- then a limited warranty applies to the device serviced by us.
