+Once your online booking has been accepted by us via e-mail, an assessment fee for processing the service request is payable up-front. Please contact us for more info.

+If you are booking your equipment in for a repair, then please navigate to the contact form on the right-hand side, fill in all the necessary fields, and we will respond to the query via e-mail.

+Once your equipment and its technical issue has been fully assessed, a written estimate will be issued to service or repair your unit.

+Upon acceptance of the quote, the assessment fee will be used towards the total of the quote (reservation of parts; courier; etc.)

+Should you reject the quote, device is not fixable or no fault is found, the assessment fee is non-refundable.

+The minimum cost of repair on our POS system is R250 (for 1st hour of desktop support) and rises from there. Our standard repair policy is to cap total cost to 50% of the RRP of a brand new electronic device (i.e. if a new Microsoft Xbox Series X RRP is R14999, then the highest repair here is R7499.50 for parts & labour). Please keep this in mind before you book in a device for diagnostics and/or repair. 

+Micro Fix will not accept walk-in's, courier drop-off's or Post Net mail-in's without an approved booking.

+No services will be rendered without e-mail authorisation and a deposit.

+Micro Fix reserves the right to dispose of any equipment not collected within 30 days of our written communication.

+All written quotes are valid for 10 days.

+Micro Fix is not liable for any loss or damage occurring to equipment undergoing service or repairs.

+Turn-around time for each brand differs and a definitive time-frame cannot be guaranteed.

+Permission is granted to Micro Fix to contact you on this service or repair.
